As a going away gift, I styled & photographed a friend’s home for the real estating listing. A few tips when styling your own home for photos:

• Bring in bouquets of flowers for every room. Large, small, colorful, monotone. They all bring life to the room.
• Hang white towels. Not off white, not monogrammed. Plain, bright white.
• Clean fan blades. This is always forgotten.
• Open curtain and blinds all the way.
• Set your table like it’s Thanksgiving.
