Raise your hand if you thought it was impossible to remove grease stains on t-shirts after they’ve already been washed & dried

It seems like there is nothing to can do to get them out but wait! There is!
My secret to removing grease stains

See how I roll.
Lay your shirt/apron/pants out & squeeze a little dish soap on the grease stains. Rub the soap into the grease with a little gumption to really work it into the fabric. If it’s a delicate fabric, be a bit more gentle.
Next, dump a bit of your chalk powder into the strainer and sprinkle the chalk over the soap. What does this do? Well you just lifted the grease from the fabric but now you need the chalk to absorb the grease so it doesn’t get redeposited.
I usually let it sit for an hour, brush the chalk off, then throw it in the washing machine. I like the air dry the clothes after to make sure I got all the grease out & retreat if it didn’t come out the first time. I’ve only had to do this once ever and it’s because I missed spots the first time.
For my next trick, I remove years of grime & general grossness from 20 year old couches that professionals couldn’t even get out.
